Registration can be accomplished by two options:

1) with an ONLINE ELECTRONIC FORM.

or

2) participants can fill in the REGISTRATION FORM word file(.doc) with all neccessary data and email it to info@ico-photonics-delphi2009.org. The payment form section should be sent by fax to the DLH Conference Secretariat: 00302265082764.

 

Conference Confirmation
Confirmation letters (by email) will be sent to all participants, after having received Registration-Reservation form. In case that you have not received a reply within 48 hours (weekends are excluded) from the date of your submission, please contact us.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Conference Participation

Each registered participant is entitled to all relevant conference materials, book of abstracts, proceedings as well as participation in the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Reception and Gala Dinners and to the Guided Tour to the Archaeological Site and Museum of Delphi.

Support

Participants from less favored regions (ICO/IUPAP definition) as well as students are entitled to receive support for the participation to the conference. A reduced fee is already announced. Individual applications detailing personal data, CV and a statement of need can be sent to the organizers by email (info@ico-photonics-delphi2009.org). Every effort will be made to provide at least partial support to all applicants in need.

Accomodation Registration

In the table below you can find the rates per person for the special 3-night & 4-night Accommodation Packages. Room reservations will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis once your payment has been confirmed. The conference secretariat will confirm the booking and hotel details.

Delegates are welcome to extend and enjoy their stay at the location or join one of the numerous post conference tours. Please request in case of more than 4 nights stay. A post conference program will be announced in due time.

ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED THE LATEST BY 17 SEPTEMBER 2009 IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE.  AFTER THAT DATE ONLY INDIVIDUAL ARRANGEMENTS ACCORDING TO CURRENT AVAILABILITY WILL BE POSSIBLE.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing via fax or e-mail to D.L.H. Conference Dept. A registration cancellation fee of €70 applies up to 17 Sept 2009, after which date registration is non refundable. Accommodation cancellations received or postmarked (a) up through 6 Aug. 2009, receive 85% refund, (b) up to 17 Sept. 2009 receive 50% refund, (c) after 17 Sept. 2009 or non-shows are non refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of written cancellation.q
