Abstract submission for all the Conference Topics will be facilitated online.

Authors should follow exactly the format and instructions provided herein by downloading this file: Instructions and saving it onto your computer and prefix its name with your last name and other information that may be applicable susch as first name, indexing number in case of multiple submissions etc.

ONLY one page submitted abstracts following EXACTLY the above described format will be considered.

The International Scientific Committee will review contributions and subsequently authors of accepted works will be notified in due time. Paper presentation will be on the basis of one paper-per-registered-participant.

Proceedings will be published in the American Institute of Physics Conference Proceedings. In addition, a series of selected topic volumes will be published in peer-reviewed international journals, which currently, are being summarized in the following table:

Two issues of the "Journal of Optics A: Pure and Applied Optics (IOP)"

One issue of the "Photonics and Nanostructures - Fundamentals and Applications (Elsevier)"

One issue of "Journal of Nonlinear Optical Physics & Materials (World Scientific)"

All accepted papers will be published in one or more recognized international journals. A limitation of one paper per registered participant applies. 

Abstract submission should not be later as specified in the timetables.
