Delphi is a very well internationally known destination located at 160km from Athens City Center. It can be reached conveniently from Athens, Athens Airport and other destinations in Greece.  It has a population of 2500 permanent inhabitants and is located at an altitude of 450 meters.

For the convenience of the participants there will be an organized Conference Bus Service directly from the Airport to Delphi. Participants entitled to free bus service will find the bus schedules in the registration section.

All participants arriving at Athens International Airport (AIA) may use the Airport BUS X-93 service (see related site at www.oasa.gr) departing every 30-45min to reach the coach station at LIOSION Street, from where regular buses to DELPHI  with final destination AMFISSA/ITEA (related web site at www.ktel-fokidas.gr) run daily every 2-3 hours. The trip to the Delphi Conference center from the bus station is about 2 and half hours, including a 15min resting stop.

Interested participants may also ask the organizers for taxi-hire or rent-a-car arrangements. Drivers may follow directly ATTIKI ODOS and drive north to the Athens-Thessaloniki National Road, without entering Athens City. Trip duration 2 hours. Anticipated total cost for tolls of the order of 7 Euros. Further travel details upon request.
