Authors will be required to provide a USB flash memory with the presentation before the start of each session. POSTER papers in the usual portrait format of 80cmX100cm maximum are required. Instructions on the proceedings will be provided in the venue. Submission deadline for the proceedings is set at end of November. Special issues will be scheduled in due time. Non-registered participants who wish to use the service may cover in advance the cost by buying vouchers from the Secretariat. The BUS TIMETABLE and possibly other transfers will be slightly rescheduled for maximum efficiency. All participants arriving on 4th OCT should be aware that this is a day of General Parliamentary Elections in Greece and, therefore, in order to avoid potential travel difficulties should plan their trip in advance.
